This insurance enquiry service is operated by DIVAKARAN K A (Life Insurance, Health Insurance & Retirement Income Guidance) and is hosted on the Pravasi Academy website. It is not the official PNB MetLife or Aditya Birla Health Insurance website. You can reach the operator at divamet.lim@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 773 668 9162.
When you complete the screening questionnaire and contact form, we collect: your answers about your insurance and planning needs, your name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number, age, country and city of residence, preferred language, preferred meeting mode, preferred date and time (with timezone), any optional message you write, your consent choice and its timestamp, and basic technical information such as the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. Health quote enquiries also include who needs cover, their ages, existing and desired health cover, and an Indian residential PIN code where applicable.
We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, medical history or policy documents through this page. Please do not send these in the questionnaire.
Your information is used only to respond to your insurance enquiry: to understand what you are looking for, to contact you at your preferred time and channel, and to prepare for a personal discussion or clarification call. Enquiries are stored in a private database section that is separate from the Pravasi Academy webinar and course records. Only DIVAKARAN K A and authorised administrators can access them; visitors cannot read, list, edit or export enquiries.
Your enquiry is not shared with third parties for marketing. If you choose to proceed with a product discussion, information necessary to prepare a personalised benefit illustration or health quote may be shared with the relevant insurer, PNB MetLife or Aditya Birla Health Insurance, in line with their processes. No other sharing takes place.
Enquiries are kept while they are active so we can serve you, and are removed when they are no longer needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
You may withdraw your permission to be contacted, or request that your enquiry be deleted, by writing to divamet.lim@gmail.com or messaging +91 773 668 9162. We will confirm once it is done.
The consent box on the enquiry form authorises DIVAKARAN K A to contact you about that specific insurance enquiry only. Any updates about other topics are a separate, optional choice that is never ticked for you. Your consent is not required to browse this page or to use the general enquiry email address.
